The MADPAD Apartment Renovation Journal

I wanted my artist husband to be able to go gothic in one of the rooms.  I told him, “honey, pick any color you want, except black”.  He chose Behr’s “Autumn Maple”.  We had at the beginning agreed that whatever colors we would choose, the molding and ceilings and trim would always be white.  Here is a shot of the bedroom with only 2 coats of Behr’s Autumn Maple.  It will require a lot more coats, but even with just two coats, we love it.
