After several delays in scheduling, the bathroom tile project begins. We are just tickled with the tile we chose for our bathroom. We wanted a 50’s retro look and chose black and white subway tile for the walls, and six inch white square tiles with a black diamond for the floor. It’s just thrilling watching this play out. Here is a pic of our “level-headed” master journeyman tile guy and his equally brilliantly talented assistant right behind him.  After having laid the cement, the membrane, the first rows of floor tile begin to take shape.  Each black diamond tile is set separately along with the 6 inch white.
