The MADPAD Apartment Renovation Journal

The following things must be accomplished over the next nine days when the plumber is due to arrive:

– the floors will be sanded, which is going to take approx 4 days, so no other work can be done in the apartment during that time.

Hopefully,
– the brick wall in the kitchen will be cured,
– the bathroom window framing will be built and installed,
– the bathroom steampipe enclosure will be installed,
– the bathroom cabinet and mirror will be painted black with Rustoleum,
– the floor molding in the living room will be installed

All of the above tasks have to be done before the plumber comes to install the tub, toilet, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink and before the wall unit arrives.

Fingers crossed it all goes well.
