We were blessed by being given a unique opportunity to rent a NYC railroad apartment and claim our very own little piece of New York City. The caveat? We were told we could rent it but we had to “Take it AS IS“. After looking at it, we decided YES because we have been renting and living in the same small New York City studio for almost 25 years and the teeny size of it was crushing our creativity and our spirit. It was time to grow.
So what if it would cost us; the potential and the adventure has been worth it. Therefore, we took our dear friends’ advice:
Renovate it and live in it like it’s the last place you’ll ever live.
And that’s exactly what we hope to do.
Thank you Almighty G-d for this apartment.
