Kitchen cabinets and sink area
Notice the black tape around the faucet, and the rust around the edge of the sink’s perimeter. We tossed all of it but we should have kept the cabinet’s doorknobs, now that I think of it.

We don’t have a fire escape
If there’s a fire, heaven forbid, we will have to exit our kitchen window and break the window of our next door neighbor. No stairs here.
